Holding a party
You are planning a party. Do you :-
a) Book a venue that is half finished
b) Cancel some aspects of the party because there is no clean water
c) Put your guests in accomodation with no flushing toilets
d) Have a few loose live wires lying around at the party
e) Give your guest every chance of picking up a disease but ensuring accom is something of a health risk
f) Tell everyone to still travel to the party even though you know it will be a shambles

You have followed a strict physical program for the last 12 months with the hope of emulating great New Zealand athletic achievements.

You arrive in Delhi, travel to the athlete village and open the door to your apartment.

Rebuild phase
What has happened to Liverpool fans when they post comments like this following the 0-0 with Birmingham?
"I'll take the draw, last season we would have folded away from home like that. I think some
people are forgetting we're a side very much in re-build phase [even if people deny it]." - Big Diao, BBC 606 comment.
Happy with a draw at Birmingham? Seriously? It kills me.
A club like Liverpool isn't in a position of being able to rebuild particularly with over 30 million fans around the planet and the history that is has. Top level football clubs can't afford to take time out to rebuild, they need to transition for the future particularly with the squad sizes and budgets that are available.
If Liverpool fans are hiding behind the "rebuilding" line to defend lower expectations then the race for a Champions League spot this season is already over for them.

Roosters / Canberra
A cracking first weekend of NRL playoff action. While the NRL system doesn't match up with the AFL (top 4, bottom 4) final 8 model at least the two eliminated teams were not top 4 teams. Goodbye Warriors and Manly.
Two monster semifinals coming up this weekend.
Canberra at home - expect them to be too good for the West Tigers who must be wondering how they lost to the Roosters are such a dominant first half showing. Canberra to win paying $1.50.
Roosters take on the Penrith Panthers in the other weekend clash. They also pay $1.50 and should have too much class for the men from the mountains.
The multi on both suggetsed wins delivers $2.25...worth a lazy punt.
